How do I request SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance reports?

Context

For compliance and vendor risk assessment purposes, customers often need access to Flatfile's security certifications, specifically our SOC 2 Type II report and ISO 27001 certification.

Answer

To obtain Flatfile's compliance reports, you'll need to follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request to Flatfile Support with the following information:

    • Your company's legal name

    • Your full name (first and last)

    • Your email address

  2. Flatfile will send you a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) that needs to be completed before the reports can be shared.

  3. Once the MNDA is in place, Flatfile will provide you with the requested compliance documentation.

Note: If multiple people from your organization need access to these reports, please include their full names and email addresses in your initial request.
