Flatfile's Review Table is designed to help you fix any errors on large chunks of data easily. Here are some ways to help you go through the review process even quicker.

Transform: Flatfile's AI Transform tool is a powerful way to modify the data in review quickly. With this tool, you can submit a transformation request that will be run against the data in your sheet. The AI never sees the actual data in Review, but takes your request and turns it into a validation that is then applied to your data. You will be able to preview the changes and confirm that you'd like to apply them before returning to the Review Table.

Sort: You can sort data in the Review table based on a specific column to help you find similar records.

Pinning Columns: If your file has many columns in it, you can pin up to three columns to keep them “frozen” in place when you scroll through the entire sheet by clicking the "pin" image next to the column name.

Replace Empty Values: If you need to update all the empty values in one column. Select “Replace Empty Values” from the 3 dots on the field name.

Find and Replace: If you need to update a particular value to a new value, select “Find and Replace” from the 3 dots on the field name.

Search in this Field: In addition to being able to search across the whole dataset with the search bar at the top left of the review table, you can also search just in one field with the option in the column menu. This will search on a keyword for that column.

Search by Value: Similar to searching in a field, you can filter the field based on the values in that field to show only a select number of values.

Clear Column: Last in the column actions menu, you can clear all contents of a column with the "Clear Column" action.

Delete Records and Download Records: You can select records from the checkboxes on the left of the Review Table, and once you do a couple more actions become available: delete records, and download records. These buttons work on a selection of records. To select all records in the table, click on the empty checkbox to the left of the first column header.
