How do I track if my Workspace is active or inactive?

When a Workspace is created, it is active by default. You can change the status of a Workspace in the Workspace Settings menu. Workspaces can be active or inactive. Click the Deactivate this Workspace? toggle to deactivate a Workspace.

To reactivate a Workspace, click the Reactivate this Workspace? toggle.

You can see the status of a Workspace under the name of the Workspace on the left.

You can also see the status of a Workspace in your Workspaces list by whether it shows up in the "Active" tab or the "Inactive" tab.

An active Workspace indicates a monthly credit is being used for each month the Workspace is active. You’ll see the following messaging around using a credit for a Workspace:

When you are done using a Workspace, make sure to change its status to “Inactive”. Inactive Workspaces cannot accept incoming data. If you want to test uploading to a Workspace, create your templates in Dev Mode first and clone them to production when you’re ready to use them in an active Workspace.
