If you know the file you want to access, you can use the API to access and download that file. That file can then be reuploaded or archived or whatever you need. Full API documentation can be found here.

You can also download the files you've uploaded from the Flatfile Dashboard. You'll see historical import jobs in the Imports area under Platform in the control panel on the left.
