Can I create a Workspace with the Platform SDK?

The Flatfile Platform SDK is capable of creating new Templates (sheets) and new Portals, but it cannot create new Workspaces. You can link templates to a Workspace after generating them from the Platform SDK, but the Workspace must still be created from the UI.
