Can I import rotated files?

It is not possible to import files where the data is sorted in columns, rather than rows (where a row in a standard document is configured as a column here) in Portal 2.0, Portal 3.0, or Workspaces. The data will have to be re-oriented prior to import in order to be imported successfully.
