There are two ways to collaborate with team members in Flatfile. You can invite someone to a Workspace, making them a collab user, or you can invite someone to your team, making them a team user.

Team users have access to everything that you have access to. To invite someone to be a team user, click on Team in the sidebar under Configuration. In the Members tab, enter your teammate’s email address, then click Send Invite.

Collab users only have access to the Workspace they have been invited to. To invite someone to be a collab user, open the Workspace you would like to invite them to, then click the View and invite team members icon in the top right corner, next to the Upload button. Then enter their name and email address to invite them to your Workspace.

To ensure your teammates have access to your whole team rather than just one workspace, make sure to invite them in the "Team" section, rather than inside an individual Workspace.
