There can be several causes for a Data Hook® failure. If one or more of your Data Hooks® has failed to run in Portal 3.0 or Workspaces, you will see this message:
This message will appear if any of your Data Hooks® fail, but it does not mean that they have all failed. If one of your Data Hooks® has failed, the others will continue to run as expected.
You will need to reach out to whoever has access to write and edit Data Hooks® in order to fully resolve this issue.
We are currently developing a Data Hooks® logs feature to allow you to investigate the cause of any Data Hook® failures you might encounter in Portal 3.0 and Workspaces.
If a Data Hook fails to run in Portal 2.0, no error message is displayed, but in many cases the importer will fail to load. For this reason, data hooks should be thoroughly tested to ensure they work for all possible use cases.
