With the addition of our parallel processing feature, as well as other behind-the-scenes updates that we have made to our infrastructure, we don’t anticipate that this will be a problem you encounter often. However, if it does happen, it can be frustrating.
If you have found that the processing wheel isn’t progressing or moving, you are unable to start over using the file importer, and the status of your file isn’t changing on either the Imports screen or the Workspaces Files screen, then your upload may be stuck.
If your upload is stuck, the first thing you should do is try to cancel the upload yourself. This may require a user with administrator permissions to do. If this does not work, do not hesitate to contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you.
