Can I choose whether I want users to resume or start over when their session is interrupted?

When the same user (this means that their credentials place them in the same organization and use the same JWT identification) reopens an in-progress upload after an unexpected interruption of the session, Flatfile will offer that user the option to resume the upload from where they left off.

If you would like, you can turn off this interruption protection and force the user to begin a new session every time in Portal 3.0. You can do this by configuring your Portal to change any of the identifying information that Flatfile uses to verify users, such as the JWT-signed information, on every startup.
