How does Flatfile do releases?

Flatfile operates on a continuous deployment model. This allows us to bring you the most up to date versions of Flatfile without always having to make an update on your side.

Where can I get information about what has been released?

Our release notes get posted here. You can subscribe to updates to stay on top of anything new that gets added.

Will I get notified on new features before they get released?

If there’s anything that has an impact on your users or changes behavior we will give you at least 2 weeks notice before release.

Where can I get information on Flatfile’s uptime and current system status?

Visit our Status page here to get the most up to date information. You can subscribe to updates and get notified on the rare occasion of a downtime. Pro tip: you can set up webhook notifications whenever Flatfile creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.

Does Flatfile have regular maintenance windows?

Flatfile has periodic maintenance windows - whenever one is scheduled, we will be updating our status page at least 1 week in advance of the maintenance window - we recommend subscribing to the status page updates so you can get notified as soon as it is posted.
