Users get stuck in an infinite login loop, requiring multiple attempts to access the platform
After logging in, users cannot see any spaces in their account

Solutions
Solution 1: Clear Login Session
1. Visit https://platform.flatfile.com/api/oauth/logout to clear your current session
2. Navigate to https://platform.flatfile.com
3. Log in using your email credentials
Solution 2: Use Original Authentication Method
1. Use the same authentication method that was used when your account was first created
2. If your account was created with email/password, avoid using Google Sign-in
3. If issues persist, contact your organization's admin to verify your account permissions
