If Flatfile’s servers are ever offline, either due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, users will, unfortunately, be prevented from uploading data.
In cases where the license key is invalid or the servers cannot be reached in Portal 2.0, users will be shown an error message indicating "this feature is disabled" or "there was a configuration error preventing the data importer from loading." Please reach out to support@flatfile.com if you're unable to use your importer for whatever reason.
