Flatfile's AI Assist feature enables users to rely on AI for some data transformations.

We use an "airgapped" AI implementation that allows a user to write plain-text queries that then generate a programmatic function. This implementation of AI ensures no source data is shared with a public service - only metadata about the context of the request - and it also allows the user to replay and undo the result of any generated function. Therefore the underlying AI platforms are interchangeable and are not a sub-processor of any personal data.
